Replacements Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department at 770-887-1506 or email jkwasnik@bizarrebargains.net within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
General Return Policy Items received by Bizarre Bargains, LLC within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges and a $7.50 restocking fee. Items returned and received by Bizarre Bargains, LLC after 30 days of the original ship date will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Restocking fees will be waived if merchandise is exchanged for something else our inventory. Items must be unopened or in resalable condition. All returns will be subject to inspection by our returns department. If the merchandise is not in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued. Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.
Personalized items are not eligible for return. If there is an error from Bizarre Bargains, LLC on a personalized gift we will redo that item for the recipient. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced, or if not possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Bizarre Bargains, LLC or its manufacturers at no charge. Claims for damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt of the merchandise.
Return Policy for LeVele, Arya and Dophia Bedding: Customer MUST obtain a return authorization from Bizarre Bargains, LLC within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If Return Authorization is not requested within 3 days of receipt, merchandise WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
